Do you vet your staff?
Yes. We take out an employer's reference and require proof
of address and entitlement to work in the UK.

What if we've got a problem?
You receive regular visits from a member of our management
team together with service calls to ensure you're happy with
our service. If you need to call us, our telephones are answered
24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

How long are your contracts?
After our trial period, there is no minumum contract period however notice period is 28 days.

Do you pay your cleaners minimum wage?
All our cleaners receive well over minimum wage.

Do you use sub-contractors?
We may use carefully chosen sub-contractors for window cleaning
and carpet cleaning. All our daily cleaners are on our payroll.

What training do you give your cleaners?
Cleaners receive comprehensive on-site training in basic
cleaning duties. More specialist training such as carpet cleaning
and hard floor maintenance is given on one-day training sessions.

Are you insured?
We hold public liability insurance to a maximum claim of
£5 million.

Can we speak to your existing customers?
Yes. Once you have received a quotation from us and are considering
going ahead, we will be happy to provide you with a list of
customers to contact. As a courtesy to our customers, we do
not publicise their names or contact details without their

Average staff turnover is 11.3 months. Our longest serving

Can I have a quote over the phone?
We prefer not to, as we cannot commit to a price without
first seeing your premises. However, if you can give us the
total square footage, flights of stairs, number of lifts and
details of toilets, kitchens, washing up and other duties,
we can give you a preliminary estimate.
